           Happys Pizza Corporate Space One of the fastest growing pizza franchises in the country required an office deserving of the company's success and vision. We worked directly with the owner to design a space that follows this company's values, but left room for growth. Custom flooring installation utilizing Patcraft carpet, LG decowood, and Armstrong Commercial Laminates created a rich and innovative environment fit for the King of Pizza!              Riverstone Communities Riverstone had a complicated task: Take our downtown Birmingham office from the third floor to the second, give us more space, and make it truly unique and representative of who we are. Done! CIR worked with OFS to mesh flooring finishes with Furniture to design the perfect office. CIR took the existing chopped up space and turned it into a large open studio space. Full scale build out, zero headaches, on budget, and on time!    Schoolcraft Radcliff Campus Corridors Schoolcraft required a durable, low maintenance material that was competitive in cost with VCT. We also needed to coordinate with the colors of the building's existing finishes. Working with Azrock, we created a random pattern that brought this campus out of the 1980's and into the future. The existing floors underwent extensive prep work and encapsulation of mastic to ensure a safe and beautiful floor for years to come.   WDIV, Channel 4 The TV station was a different type of project as we not only had to replace all of the flooring where furniture existed but also had to deal with tons and tons of wires. In some cases, one wire mishap could have shut the entire station down! CIR completed with project with precision and care, ensuring there was no possibility of this happening for our customer.     Riverplace Apartment Renovations This beautiful complex is located in the old Stroh's and Park Davis building, just off of the Detroit River. The task here was daunting: completely renovate 113 total units in less than 6 months. Remodeling the apartment and brownstone units included Flooring, Painting, Millwork, Cabinetry, Electrical, appliances and restoration of existing finishes. CIR worked closely with the management team to meet this extremely strict schedule. Our renovations helped Riverplace increase occupancy and allowed us to play an important role in the revitalization of Detroit.      Botsford Senior Community As one of the largest and most prominent senior communities in the country, Botsford Commons continues to set the standard for senior care and innovation in the nursing community. CIR worked to meet the company's mission of exceptional personnel care at a home-like environment. We worked closely with Botsford's designer/architect to identify a solution from Milliken's Sense line that was perfect for this 36,000sqft project. We also identified safe, efficient ways to renovate while the nursing home was fully occupied. Taking extra care and precise management, CIR ensures this type of consideration on every job we perform.       Bossdev This brand marketing and social media development company desired an inventive space that expressed creativity and understanding of real-world business. Using products from Centiva and Biglelow, CIR worked closely with OFS to provide a unique finish package for the 16,000sqft studio, accenting all of the vendors' strong points and forming a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere.         Eaton Truck Group Renovation The Eaton Truck group required a newer, jazzed up version of its existing facility, but with a more open and functional floor plan. Using Trendwall office systems, we incorporated a new layout within the space to ensure a cutting edge office environment without breaking the bank.     Henry Ford Belmont Nursing Stations Henry Ford Belmont asked CIR to recommend a solution to design, fabricate, and install all ADA compliant nurses' stations that could fit doctors and nursing staff needs. Working closely with the staff and the management at Henry Ford, we installed entirely new work stations out of sustainable materials as well as flooring and painting finishes, keeping disruption to a minimum. This eliminated any future interruptions as renovations continued.  Eaton Corporation CIR was involved from the beginning to end in order to create a space for a new group within Eaton's Southfield campus. The existing area was an engineering set-up that we modified into office space with cubicles, a kitchenette, new ceiling, and lighting. In order to meet a strict move-in schedule, CIR employed its skills to complete this project on time and on budget. Furthermore, it was finished with consideration to fully-occupied adjacent spaces during the entire duration of the project.    Johnson Controls Plymouth Lobby The existing lobby was dark and not meeting the needs of this innovative company. Working with Milliken and Cyrus, CIR designed and fabricated custom floor mat shells that we installed specified carpet into, creating custom walk-off mat systems to help manage the entranceways better without compromising design. Incorporated with a "out of the box" flooring design, new ceramic tile and a custom guard station, CIR assisted in creating a lobby that truly "wows" its visitors.    Lansing Convention Center Convention centers get tons of foot traffic and LCC needed a durable carpet that could hold up to the thousands of attendees. CIR and Milliken transformed this 63,000sqft space in less than a week. Complete procurement/delivery of material and installation included all walk off matt systems and demolition of existing materials.     Livingston County Court CIR provided sales and installation services for this project, consisting of full flooring replacement with existing benches and detailed woodwork. CIR was able to seamlessly replace the carpet and wood materials with no damage even though prior flooring was done before trim and before obstacles were all in place.    OMOH This particular project required the better half of our finish trades, but was easily completed on time and to specifications. We provided all carpentry work for doors and hardware, millwork, and cabinets as well as all flooring and painting operations to finish the place of for the customer. It was our pleasure to provide all the finishes that help people keep coming back over the years.   Red Cross Red Cross had very bad concrete flooring that we corrected with resilient materials that require the utmost care and perfection. The specified materials were also all different gauges which required additional care to ensure there were no tripping hazards or potential irregular wear points. CIR spent nearly one week meticulously preparing, cleaning, priming, and self leveling this floor to provide a precise installation.
